D. Todd Timbrook

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Timbrook has successfully led and created value in healthcare companies for over 20 years. He is also the managing principal of Elk Peak Capital, a firm focused exclusively on lower-middle market healthcare investments. Mr. Timbrook is a serial entrepreneur and has founded, built, and sold several companies throughout his career. He was the founder and CEO of Home Solutions, a home infusion therapy provider that grew to be a nationally recognized market leader. He successfully sold the company in 2012 after partnering with two leading private equity firms.

As an experienced operator, today he also is an executive partner at Tyree D’Angleo Partners, a lower middle market private equity firm. He serves (or has served) as an outside board member of, or advisor to, several companies and is active with several civic and charitable organizations. Todd holds a BS in Pharmacy from Northeastern University’s Bouve College of Health Sciences.

Keith P. Hartman

Chief Operations Officer

Mr. Hartman is an experienced operating entrepreneur and pharmacy business owner spanning two decades. Keith founded and grew a chain of retail pharmacies, a compounding pharmacy, and two specialty pharmacies along with a long-term care pharmacy. All were built and grown under the guise of operational excellence and produced great results. Some were sold while others he still owns and provides limited strategic guidance as a member of the board of directors.

Keith graduated from the University of the Sciences with a degree in Pharmacy. Today he is still involved mentoring future pharmacists and pharmacy owners. He is a father of six children, private aviator, enjoys golfing, skiing and spending time with his family.

Alison Guthrie

Vice President of Finance

Ms. Guthrie is vice president of finance and controller for ContinuumRx. With more than 20 years of experience in financial operations and management, Ms. Guthrie has a background which includes mergers and acquisitions, start-up ventures, public accounting, and SEC reporting. Prior to joining ContinuumRx in 2010, she served as CFO of a privately held construction company. Additionally, she has held successful roles with ProAssurance, a publicly traded medical professional insurance provider, and Ernst & Young, where she started her career in public accounting. Ms. Guthrie is a CPA and earned her BS degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Michelle Goodin

Human Resources Manager

With more than 15 years of experience as a Human Resources Leader, Ms. Goodin has a background including management, training, employee relations, counseling, compliance, onboarding, recruiting, compensation, payroll and benefits. Prior to joining ContinuumRx in January 2010, Ms. Goodin was the Compensation Analyst and Payroll Manager at Emageon, Inc., a publicly traded medical imaging and software systems provider. Prior to completing her degree, Ms. Goodin held roles in the accounting and personnel departments of E.A. Renfroe & Company – a risk management company, as well as in the accounting departments of Drummond Corporation and HealthSouth, specializing in post-acute healthcare services. Ms. Goodin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Joe Malatesta

Executive Vice President of Sales

Mr. Malatesta is an industry veteran with over 20 years’ experience of measurable sales success with a focus on the home infusion industry. Most recently he helped cultivate business relationships for Pharmerica Corp and prior to that spent a large part of his career leading sales at Home Solutions, a large multi-state home infusion provider. He has solid track record of penetrating markets with proven results, executing the company plan and staying focused on driving top line growth and bottom line profitability. He has expertise in building and motivating top-level sales teams to consistently meet and exceed sales goals/objectives, while continuing to deliver value in a changing and competitive environment. As a member of the executive team, he is responsible for organic sales growth, denovo expansion, acquisitions and long-range strategic market analysis.

Carol Sweeney

Vice President – Nursing and Clinical Compliance

Carol Sweeney is an experienced nurse executive, having worked in the home infusion industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining ContinuumRx, Carol held leadership positions in the hospital and alternate site settings. Having a demonstrated history of working with multidisciplinary staffs to achieve positive outcomes for both patients and organizations, she is regarded as a passionate leader and role model. Ms. Sweeney earned her nursing diploma at Cooper Medical Center School of Nursing and holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. She also is Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI) credentialed.

Elma Godoy-Williams

Vice President of Intake Operations

Ms. Godoy-Williams is Vice President of Intake Operations for ContinuumRx. With more than 19 years of home infusion experience specific to operations, strategic leadership, process improvement, revenue cycle management, and sales/marketing partnership. Prior to joining ContinuumRx, Ms. Godoy-Williams was the Manager of Renal Intake Operations at Pentec Health, a nationwide provider of specialty pharmacy services. In addition, she held multiple roles at Home Solutions, a multi-state home infusion provider culminating as Director of Client Services. Ms. Godoy-Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Stockton University.

Jennifer Marcinek, PharmD

Vice President of Clinical Operations

Dr. Marcinek has several years experience in pharmacy operations, clinical care delivery, and non-sterile/sterile compounding. She has spent nearly 20 years focusing on process improvement, optimization and team development and leads by example. As a practicing pharmacist, she has overseen a medication therapy management team and developed the coordinated MTM program on behalf of an independent pharmacy chain in Florida. She also was the senior clinical pharmacist with a regional home infusion company whereby she spearheaded four unique Investigational New Drug (IND) program arrangements with a Central Florida teaching hospital and the University of Florida.

Jennifer believes knowledge and accountability combined with a patient-centric focus form the essential elements required for both her and her team to find success and achieve clinical excellence. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy at Lipscomb University and is licensed to practice in Florida, Tennessee, and Alabama.

On-Call | After Hours Coverage 

Coverage is available 24 hours, 7 days a week through an answering service and on call, after normal working hours, weekends, and holidays. Qualified personnel are on call to accept patient calls and referral for service, and to respond to pharmacy, equipment, and supply needs, as necessary. Pharmacists and delivery personnel are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
